Congratulations to Dr. Faqryza ab Latif (CIRTL Scholar Spring 2024) for publishing her essay about her teaching-as-research (TAR) project this month in Journal on Response to Writing!

In this article, which she co-wrote with Dr. Kristin Winet in UCATT, Faqryza describes the experience of taking IA621: Writing-Across-the-Curriculum as part of her CIRTL journey. Faqryza shares how taking the course altered her approach to assignment design, feedback, and assessment for a general education course she teaches and deepened her understanding of herself as an instructor and her students.
