I have been in South Korea the past 6 years working on my PhD and Postdoc on ecological modeling of animals. My research has primarily focused on amphibians and mammals and includes ecological niche modeling and population viability analysis. Currently I am starting a project at the University of Arizona modeling animal vectors of zoonotic diseases including Dengue and West Nile Virus. Through CIRTL, I hope to hone my teaching skills in order to pass on my knowledge and mentor the next generation of scientists.
