My research philosophy centers on fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging learning environment that encourages critical thinking and creativity. Over the course of more than 10 years of research career (PhD and postdoctoral), I have used and tested this method of learning as well as teaching with new lab members/colleagues.
I hope to hone my teaching skills through CIRTL for larger audience so that I can pass on my knowledge to the next generation as well as learn from their raw thinking and creativity.
