CIRTL Mentorship Study in Journal on Excellence in College Teaching

CIRTL@UArizona and our postdoc/faculty mentoring program is featured in the most recent issue of Journal on Excellence in College Teaching, one of the nation's premier teaching and learning journals.

The study, which tracks the first cohort of participants and their teaching mentors in 2022, analyzes what postdocs and faculty mentors report they learned from each other during their co-teaching semester. The authors make recommendations for developing mentoring relationships between postdoc and faculty co-teaching pairs.
