I am a postdoctoral researcher in aerospace engineering with an academic background from Italy, where I completed my bachelor's, master's, and PhD. Throughout my academic career, I have had the opportunity to mentor and advise numerous students, but I have not yet had the chance to teach a full course. As I plan to apply for a faculty position in the US, I recognize that teaching experience is essential for effectively engaging students and preparing for the responsibilities of a professorship.
Through the CIRTL Postdoc Pathways Program, I am eager to develop the skills necessary to teach university courses in the US and to effectively convey the knowledge I have acquired throughout my academic journey.
