I am an interdisciplinary conservation scientist who works in wildlife and natural resource conservation. My current research focuses on examining how US Forest Service employees are adapting management decisions that connect people and natural resources to changing conditions created by climate change. I love conservation research, but I think one of the biggest contributions I can make to conservation is to educate the next generation. I taught a communication course during my PhD and I absolutely fell in love with teaching, so I’m excited to get more formal training and experience with CIRTL’s Postdoc Pathways Program.
