I work with the broad topic of Galactic Dynamics. I investigate how galaxies form, how they evolve over time, how different stellar populations are affected by different dynamical processes and the consequences of interactions of galaxies with their neighbor satellites. I always wanted to be a researcher AND a teacher. I’m a senior postdoc who feels prepared to start as a faculty, but feel that I don’t have enough preparation as a teacher, so I hope this course will help me in that path.
