Dr. Odenkirk is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry in the lab of Dr. Michael Marty. Her research focuses on understanding the role of lipids in the function of membrane proteins using novel mass spectrometry methods. As an aspiring academic professor, Melanie is excited to be honing her teaching skills through the Postdoc Pathway program.
