Hyung (Joon) Cho

Dr. Cho is a postdoc in the College of Medicine-Phoenix mentored by Dr. Michael Fallon. He received his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at Virginia Tech and he has various experiences in vascular biology previously, primarily involved in inflammation and oxidative stress. Currently, his research focuses on cellular and molecular mechanisms of vasculature in hepatopulmonary syndrome.  
As a Postdoc Pathway fellow, Dr. Cho is excited to learn strategies in active learning and implement evidence-based teaching during his co-teaching experience, which will be beneficial for his future academic faculty position.
