Research Mentor: Ewan Douglas
Teaching Mentor: Ed Prather

Dr. Anche is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Astronomy, Steward Observatory. Her research focuses on simulating the polarization observations of disks through the Nancy Grace Roman Telescope’s Coronagraph instrument. She also works on the polarimetric calibration of the Space Coronagraph Optical Bench (SCoOB) in the University of Arizona Space Astrophysics Lab. Her research interests are optical polarimetry, polarimetric modeling of telescopes and instruments, and high contrast imaging.

As a Postdoc Pathway fellow, Dr. Anche is looking forward to learning about designing the curriculum and efficient teaching practices and implementing these during the co-teaching experience.
