I have a flair for conducting innovative and impactful research, which has been my research philosophy over the years. I strongly believe in participatory teaching and have utilized various teaching tools while teaching Physics and mining-related courses. By enrolling in the CIRTL postdoc pathway program this year, I hope to renew my dedication to effective evidence-based teaching and prepare myself for future competitive faculty positions.
