CIRTL Postdoc Pathways Program Highlighted in College Teaching

The UArizona's CIRTL Postdoc Pathways Program is featured in the most recent issue of College Teaching, one of the nation's premier teaching and learning journals.

The study, which tracks the first cohort of participants in 2021-2022, reveals that participants applied their training to their co-teaching, reported significant gains in almost all categories of teaching preparedness, and continued to pursue professional development in teaching one year after completing the program. The authors evaluate the program’s outcomes and make recommendations for best practices as well as future research for postdoctoral teaching preparation.
